(New Orleans – January 27, 2026)— NOLA Public Schools' Early Learning & Child Care team invites New Orleans families to an exciting Early Childhood School Exploration Fair this weekend. It's the perfect chance to explore high-quality early education options, get personalized help with applications, and kick off your child's learning journey, all while having fun!

Date & Time: Saturday, January 31, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: McDonogh 35 College Preparatory High School, 400 Roneagle Way, New Orleans, LA 70122

Whether you're expecting a little one or have a toddler/preschooler ready for the next step, this is a great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and secure a spot in a nurturing early childhood program.

Key highlights for parents and caregivers:

  • On-site assistance from enrollment specialists to guide you through the NOLA-PS Common Application Process (NCAP) for children from birth to 4 years old.
  • Meet and chat with early learning providers from across the city.
  • Learn about program options and gather the documents needed for smooth enrollment.
  • Tips to make the most of the ongoing Main Round application period (open now through February 20, 2026).

This family-friendly event is themed "Early Childhood Travels the Globe!" Expect interactive activities, games, music, food, face-painting, a photo booth, art stations, and more to keep everyone entertained.
