Advisory Councils Advisory Councils offer the Superintendent and District at-large the opportunity to tap into the community at a grassroots level. Through the various councils, the district will disseminate vital information to be shared throughout the community, provide a space for firsthand information sharing, and serve as critical advisors on key district initiatives. These relationships will provide the Superintendent and District valuable perspective into the NOLA-PS experience and serve as champions of the district within the community and their networks.
