Chief Talent Officer

Yelticia Dukes is the Chief Talent Officer, responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of human capital initiatives. She oversees key functions including succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and HR operations.  Yelticia human resources career spans over 16 years and began during a transformative period when charter organizations played a key role in rebuilding schools after Hurricane Katrina. She contributed to the early development of a new charter management organization before advancing to a district-level leadership role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Executive Network.
