Don LeDuff
Chief Operations Officer
Don P. LeDuff is an accomplished operations executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in public education and finance. As the Chief Operating Officer for NOLA Public Schools, he oversees seven critical divisions including: Facilities, Capital Projects, IT, Security, Operations Strategy, Property Management, and Child Nutrition; leading a team of over 35 employees and managing a district portfolio of 106 properties. Prior to his current role, Don served as Executive Director of Operations & Property Management and Executive Director of Student Access & District Initiatives for NOLA Public Schools. In these roles, he led district-wide enrollment modernization, improved family engagement, and executed high-impact outreach strategies in partnership with community organizations. Before joining NOLA-PS, Don was Director of School Operations at KIPP New Orleans Schools, where he oversaw campus operations, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance across multiple campuses. He began his professional career in banking as a Commercial Lender at Liberty Bank & Trust Co., where he supported local businesses and managed client portfolios throughout the New Orleans region. He remains deeply committed to community engagement and youth empowerment. Don holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College. He resides in New Orleans with his wife and their daughter.
