COVENANT HOUSE (EARLY HEAD START)

Eligibility: Eligibility and priority for Head Start programs is determined by an Eligibility Priority Criteria Score (EPC), a federally-regulated set of criteria designed to ensure Head Start Centers are serving the highest-need applicants. Head Start and Early Head Start programs are open to qualifying Orleans Parish residents who meet the program age requirements on or before September 30, 2019.
