ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

 

 

SUPERINTENDENT’S ANNUAL REPORT

 

It shall be the policy of the Orleans Parish School Board that the Superintendent shall, as soon as possible after the close of the school year, give an annual report to the School Board covering the progress toward achievement of the annual goals and objectives of the school system.

 

The Superintendent shall also present a semi-annual status report to the School Board to specifically detail the progress that the staff is making toward fulfilling the priority goals and objectives as approved by the School Board.

 

Both the annual and semi-annual report shall be made available to the public and used as one means of informing parents and citizens of the progress of the public school system.

 

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

 

The School Board shall require periodic reports from the Superintendent and other administrative personnel concerning overall district and individual school operations. 

 

All reports required by federal and state agencies shall be prepared and submitted accurately and promptly by the Superintendent and other designated personnel.
