The meeting was called to order by Board President, John Brown at 11:03 AM with the following board members present: Ethan Ashley, John Brown, Leslie Ellison, Nolan Marshall, Woody Koppel

Also present: Super1ntendent, Dr. Henderson Lewis, Jr. and Board Counsel, Sharonda Wllllams

Procedural:  1.02 Pledge of Allegiance

Action: 1.03 Adoption of Agenda

Moved that the Board adopts the agenda as presented.

Motion by Ethan Ashley, second by Leslie Ellison. Final Resolution: Motion Passes

2.  ACTlON ITEMS

Action: 2.01 Amend the August 2017 Board Business Meeting Schedule

Move that the Orleans Parish School Board approve amending the OPSB Board Meeting Schedule to change the August Board Business Meeting date to Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 5 PM followlng the regularly scheduled committee meetings.

Motion by Leslie Ellison, second by Woody Koppel. Final Resolution: Motion Passes
